What is meditation coaching?


Meditation coaching combines the practices of meditation, mindfulness, energy healing, and life coaching. Learn meditation and mindfulness in a one-on-one setting, with every session tailored to your needs at that particular time.

What is the purpose of meditation coaching?

The purpose is to go beyond surviving your life to thriving in your life! Using a meditation practice as our main tool, we will investigate where you are in your life, and where you’d like to be. What do you need to bring a deep attention to in your life? How does your mind react to different situations? What does your self-talk look like? Are you happy? How do you handle stress? Do you wish you handled situations differently than you do? Do you like yourself?

As your meditation coach, I will be there to guide and support you through this process. Leading you in meditation, and asking you the right questions to help you find your own answers, my role will in part be determined by your needs in that particular session. I have a deep love for individuals and I can’t tell you how excited I am to support you on your journey! Life doesn’t have to feel so hard.
