Welcome! I can’t tell you how glad I am that you’re here. Thank you. I am a 500 hour certified Meditation Coach, with a special interest in Meditation for Mental Health.

As trite as it can sound, meditation saved my life. I had spent the majority of my time trying to be anywhere but in my own head. I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was wrong with me - I despised myself, and thought everyone else should too. I was unable to cope with day-to-day life and struggling to manage several mental health conditions and their symptoms. Life felt big and scary, and my emotions were like tidal waves that repeatedly drowned me. I was overwhelmed, depressed, riddled with anxiety, and barely functioning. I was terrified that this was all there was to life.

Learning and maintaining a regular meditation practice has given me the skills to be able to regulate myself emotionally, and the tools to see the world and myself, with compassion, clarity, and curiosity. The difference is astounding! I am constantly amazed and grateful at the way my life has changed.

I knew at a young age that my passion would lie in the service of others. I’m so happy to help ease suffering through meditation and mindfulness . I am certified through Sura Flow’s Liberate - 500 hour Meditation Coach Training program, and I am currently certifying as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher under teacher Sean Fargo, a former Buddhist monk.
